Yes we do. We provide 100% guarantee on all our end of lease cleans. If in case, your Property Manager is not happy with some part of the clean, she will send us the re-cleaning list and after that we will send our cleaners back to the property in 24 to 48 hours and get that sorted out for you. Usually, this rarely happens. But good to know!!
Yes, we certainly can. We will take care of your inspection with real estate and this can be done by paying a minimal charge. We will make sure that everything goes smoothly and manager/landlord is contended and satisfied!!
We provide our services in all suburbs of Sydney.
STANDARD CLEAN: Our standard clean includes dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, polishing mirrors and wiping appliance surfaces, making the beds, and emptying the rubbish bins. We also vacuum and mop floors. SPECIAL SERVICES: We have a selection of add-on services tailored to the service you require: Home Cleans: after party clean, thorough cleaning of your fridge, balcony, cupboards, pantry, internal windows and oven interiors. End of Lease: blinds, wall wash and carpet steam clean. CLEANING TOOLS AND SUPPLIES: Our Wizards bring their own, but you can opt to supply your own at checkout. (See what you need to prepare here) WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: We do not clean ceilings, exterior walls and windows, outside areas (such as patios and gardens), and surfaces beyond normal reach. We do not steam or chemical-clean your carpets.
We have a fixed rate that’s based on the size of your home and (if applicable) the extra services you requested. You don’t pay by the hour.
You can cancel (with FULL refund) or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to begin – at absolutely no charge or penalty to you. If you cancel or amend a booking 12 hours or more before your cleaning schedule, you will receive a credit note that lets you reschedule your booking with no additional charge or fee. However any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to begin will incur cancellation fees equal to the value of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before schedule: You get a full refund with no charges or penalties. Cancellations made 12 - 24 hours before schedule: You receive a credit note that lets you reschedule your clean, with no additional charges or fees. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before schedule: You will incur cancellation fees equal to the value of the total booking fee.
